My Settings Mod with Admin Interface

The purpose of this mod is to add a "My Settings option" in your users account page.
The mod also provides the admin interface where the admin can define what are the fields that can be displayed in the "My Settings Option".
This will give them instant access to users for their Account and Profile settings.
This is primarily helpful for users that are not as familiar with social networking sites, or just lazy because it makes things easy.
The Admin can specify the necessary fields what ever he desires.
