Remove Address Book For Fraud Protection

It struck me that having an address book, where customers could buy the product with one address and send it to another address allowed people to use stolen credit cards. The goods can be sent to them, whilst using the address associated with the credit card to allow the credit card to be processed. So I made this contrib to allow this feature to be removed to aid in fraud protection.
