Registered user location targetting

If you have registered user and user location then this mod will displays the banners according to the registered user's location.
Or if you have location(City or Country) wise pages in your site then this mod will display the banners according to specified location.

For ex.  Suppose, you have New York city page and Calgary city page then this mod will display New York banner in New York city and Calgary banners in Calgary page.

Advertisers can choose in Delivery limitation where they want to display their banners.
