Campaign / advertiser Pause Button

This mod add a "pause button" for campaigns and advertisers to allow all activity within the selected item to be paused/re-activated.There is a disable function for individual banners, but it doesn't seem possible at the campaign or even advertiser level.

This would be useful because it's quite common when dealing with media buyers that campaigns start and then need to stop due to things like errors with the creative, problems with the client site etc.
