Campaign / Advertiser Context

This mod has the ability to prevent duplicate banners from being selected using the context array is great, even works with XML-RPC.

However, it would also be great to be able to specify campaigns and/or advertisers in the context. I typically have a set of banners for a campaign, and want to select not more than one per campaign per page.
